Heron Hospice Society of Delta, a registered charity, partners with the healthcare system to provide free compassionate loss, grief and bereavement care to individuals and families during life’s most challenging moments.

Our unique ability to adapt to individual needs, combined with our genuine warmth and dedication, sets us apart as a beacon of hope to all who are in need of supportive care. Our commitment is to meet people where they are, offering a nurturing space where they can find comfort, connection, and respect. Our staff team and dedicated volunteers located both at the Irene Thomas Hospice and in the Centre for Supportive Care provide comfort, connection and solace where every person is seen, heard, and supported with dignity.
